Luwyna founded Bioscor International Hair and Skin Clinic in 1996, serving the Lower Mainland of BC, Canada, for over 28 years. In 2022, she expanded with a second location in Richmond, BC, rebranding it as Bio-International Laser Clinic. In 2024, the clinics were further merged and renamed BioPlus International Laser and Skin Clinic.
Recognized as one of the leading Medical Laser and Skin Specialists, Luwyna has extensive experience in treating skin discolorations such as melasma and various types of pigmentation. She is highly skilled in utilizing the latest medical technologies to deliver exceptional treatments and achieve outstanding results for her clients.

Paul Chang Executive Director, Operations and Real Estate
Equipped with an MBA degree, Paul has been an entrepreneur of multiple successful businesses and an operations and investment management expert for more than twelve years. He specialized in corporate operational resilience and global expansion strategies. During his years as a public servant, he accumulated significant knowledge in urban planning, real estate acquisition, and disposition, reinforced with keen real estate portfolio management skills and ROI maximization methodologies.
Paul has an adamant faith in teamwork. His belief is working jointly and taking credit collectively - he values and views every team member as indispensable, emphasizing top-down communication and ethics. He endeavors to create a safe environment that supports honesty, equality, and empowerment.
Grace Ou Director and Supervisor of Client Services
Grace Ou holds dual degrees in Biology and Nutritional Science, graduated from Chinese Culture University in Taiwan and the University of Manitoba in Canada.
During her tenure as a dietitian intern at Landseed International Hospital in Taiwan, she acquired substantial clinical experience and practical competencies.
With over 8 years of professional expertise in the aesthetics industry, Grace currently holds the role of Supervisor of Client service at BioPlus International Laser and Skin Clinic. In this position, she oversees administrative management, customer service operations, aesthetic consulting, and provides doctor assistance.
Leveraging her profound comprehensive knowledge of both nutrition and medical aesthetics, Grace provides professional consultation services to clients seeking cosmetic enhancements. Additionally, she holds licenses as a beauty makeup artist and bartender in Taiwan, demonstrating her diverse skill set and expertise.
Grace's cheerful disposition and genuine approach have cultivated strong client relationships, solidifying her status as an indispensable member of the management team at BioPlus International Laser and Skin Clinic.
